She is best known for presenting Channel 4's Cook Yourself Thin and also co-wrote the bestselling book of the same title. She's cooked up some truly yummy lunch time eats.
As a high profile coach, Carole Ann regularly features in the press (Harpers Bazaar, Metro News, Bella, Prima, Pride, Glamour, Sainsbury's magazine, The Times) and also runs a highly successful corporate coaching company. She trained for three years at the internationally renowned CoachU academy and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
Innovation, dedication and commitment have proved a winning formula for Kevin Hubble from Bournemouth, who has won the coveted title of 'Fitness First UK Personal Trainer of the Year 2010'. He was the ideal choice to provide us with a sensible range of ideas for what you can do during a lunch break to keep yourself fit and active whilst at work.
Fiona Hunter has over 20 years experience in nutrition. Her areas of special interest include food allergy, nutrition and obesity. She began her career as a dietician working for the NHS and now, as a leading freelance authority, Fiona writes for a number of national newspapers, lifestyle magazines and appears regularly on TV.

Precisely, but maybe with the help of our money guru you'll be so organised that being stuck in queues will become a thing of the past!
