Her answer: Share your life improvement ideas: Where do I start?!! About 18 months ago I was working full time at a property company. Now I have a 13 month daughter and am expecting a second baby in 2 months’ time! I am still on maternity leave at my work so I have the option of going back to work full or part time, or not at all. I would love some help for me to make the right choices as there will be so much to plan over the next 12 months. There is a huge amount of pressure on women to be a successful career woman after having babies, get fit and healthy after pregnancy but how do you achieve that and look after a family too? Please help – the life coaching sessions would be great! thank you.

Her answer: Tell us you fitness tips: Few people have whole hours to take lunch so it’s usually a case of fitting in a little in a short space of time. And as its lunch time, food or replenishment is high on the agenda so I do ensure that I eat healthily and this tends to involve a home prepared fruit salad. In fact I can extend my 'lunch hour' till well into the afternoon by taking small bits of fruit from my desk as the afternoon goes on. This provides energy and good nutrition to keep me topped up and 'fitter'.

His answer: Share your lunch: I work for two charity organisations, on a full time basis, and everyone always has difficulty trying to arrange a suitable lunch break, sometimes they are late or they are short, which isn't the way to have a lunch break ideally. But we try our best, it would be nice to have the perfect lunch break, for all to enjoy.
