Time may be limited, but that doesn't mean you can't pack an effective workout into your lunch hour. This can sometimes be just the thing to stop the mid-afternoon dip in energy and enthusiasm.
A lunchtime workout can be perfect for many people and we have put together a programme which can be completed in around 40 minutes. Just remember to eat sensibly at breakfast, have an energy boosting mid-morning snack and then something combining carbs and protein afterwards.
