Hi, I'm Gizzi and I'm passionate about creating great tasting healthy food. For me, food should be a pleasure, but it must also be nutritious and fuel the body so you’re ready for everything that life throws at you.
Too many people focus on eating great food at the weekend or in the evenings, but lunch is either skipped altogether or a boring sarnie at the desk.
I've been working with nutritionist Fiona Hunter and have created five gorgeous, easy to prepare lunchtime recipes that taste great and will keep you energised and productive through the afternoon.
